Refund Policy
Understanding our refund process for design services and products.
Important Notice
1. Design Packages
Due to the digital nature of architectural design packages, refunds are only issued if the files provided are corrupt or do not match the description provided at the time of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
2. Physical Products
For building materials, furniture, and equipment sourced through our platform, the individual supplier's return and refund policy applies. Construction Intellects will assist in mediating disputes between project owners and suppliers.
3. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method used (Credit/Debit card). Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
