3. Design Services and Intellectual Property
All architectural designs and product data provided on the platform are the intellectual property of their respective creators or Construction Intellects. Purchasing a design package grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the design for its intended purpose.
4. Platform Role
Construction Intellects acts as a marketplace connecting design service providers, product suppliers, and project owners. We do not guarantee the performance of third-party providers but strive to verify all participants on the platform.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity on the platform.
